ok...3 moves later and I'm now back from where I started from! Sorry for not posting sooner. I've built 3 different brew systems since I last posted and due to moving space had to sell all of them...but wait...there's still hope! I am currently building another brew outfit! It's an electric powered 240 volt 30 amp system powered by 2 5500 ULWD (ultra low watt density) heating elements. Here's a mock up of the stand which is currently under construction and how the vessels will be placed (still working on that). I plan to post more info and pics as progress moves along and hope to be brewing real soon! Here's the pic of what I have done so far:
